There is hundreds of cabanes a sucre in Quebec, Surcrerie de la Montagne arustic compound of split-log cabins,with just 1,500 tapped trees spread over 120 acres,its tiny syrup operation for Quebec,where 75% percent of the worlds supply is produced.
It was nice to visit with the family.

While visiting Athelstan,Hinchinbrooke,Quebec I came across this Caboose, Now the History about it.
The Caboose was built by Western Street Car and Foundry, Chicago,Illinois ( 1912 )
for Grand Trunk Box Car GT 20246, Renumbered GT 339446
Rebuilt in 1949 as Caboose C.N.R 78674
